Hero Notes:

You can almost taste the tall skies and open spaces of the Grampians in this release, as if the wine is trying to mirror the scale of the landscape in which it is grown. This has never been a wine just about about fruit flavour and concentration, it has always sought to reflect the essence and character of its surroundings, too. The result is a wine that manages subtlety as well as richness, and which understands that texture and length must be as important as palate. While this is an established estate, and the Grampians is regarded as one of the original homelands for great Shiraz, the ‘Langi’ style of grace and power often comes as a surprise and a discovery.
